Role:- Technical Support Consultant 

Job Responsibility:

·     Provide solution support across Riversand customers that are in compliance with support agreements (SLA’s)

  • Passion and enthusiasm for problem solving and customer facing skills
  • Passion for debugging/troubleshooting and testing
  • Passion for Coding and strong Analytical skills.

 

 Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (or an equivalent major) plus 2 or more years of progressively responsible experience in software development

Technical skills

Mandatory

Cloud: Azure or AWS experience

OS: Linux

Scripting: Bash and preferably Python

APIs: REST APIs, Postman etc.

Experience in previous consulting or customer facing roles is required

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) is required

 

 Nice to have

Programming: Java

Container Orchestration: Docker or Kubernetes knowledge

Technology: ELK stack, Elastic, Hbase, Hadoop, Kafka/Zookeeper, Netty/ Nginx, Spark (Two or more of these technologies)

Experience is desired in WCF and XML

Experience is desired in Agile methodology
