Cloud Platform Application Support Lead in 24/7 roster plan, Monitoring, troubleshooting, mentoring team handling customer escalation, ensuring 99.5% uptime of our cloud hosted application and customer SLA Management. Generate reports, Ensure Cloud best practice are followed and Optimizing cloud foot print and cost.
Will have to get detailed understanding of open source technologies stack being used like apache stack, Hadoop, zookeeper, kafka, hbase, elasticsearch, storm, Docker Containers and Docker swarm.
Public cloud services knowledge and exposure/experience on AZURE; data management experience will be added advantage.
Should have Worked in a cloud ops/application support role.
Qualification: Any science Degree preferably BE/Computer Science
· Cloud: Cloud platform knowledge, Azure, AWS secondary
· OS : Linux
· Docker, kubernetes knowledge
· Programming skills will be added advantage
· Any monitoring tool like, Sensu, Datadog, sematxt knowledge.
· Technologies exposer: ELK stack, Elasticsearch, hbase, Hadoop kafka/zookeeper, Storm.
(Any two of these technology exposure)
· SQL experience
